I worked at The Wolf Firm full-time

    Pros

    Free snacks

    Cons

Management appears to be chasing their tails all day, which makes it difficult for staff to prioritize work. Management seems to have a closed door policy; no communication from management to employees; some people are very overworked and management seems to like it that way or at least is oblivious. Management does play favorites. Some vendors will not do work for the firm unless paid upfront as the firm has a bad reputation of not paying.

    Pros

Fellow attorneys in the office were collegial and worked together as a team when the need rose to the level of an emergency.

    Cons

Micromanagement of attorneys by staff combined with repetitive nature of work does not foster a desire to stay long term. Lack of annual raises makes compensation level fall below market rate. Annual christmas bonus is based solely on number of years worked as opposed to any other factor, encouraging complacency.

I worked at The Wolf Firm full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Free Soda's & Snacks. Who doesn't like free snacks?!

    Cons

Everything. The attitude of everyone in this firm is sad. Not ONE person in the time I was there, said "hello" ONCE. Rumor is, you wont see this happen until you pass 30 days. I know this now from experience. They seem great, and inviting, but this is completely the opposite. Like the other reviews, they play favorites. Management has their "pets" . . This firm is going nowhere FAST.

    Pros

Work is never dull; good camaraderie with professional staff; good benefits; snacks and sodas provided; nice attractive offices; clients are steady for now.

    Cons

The firm seems to be resting on its laurels and past reputation. Management appears to have a closed door policy; no communication from managment to employees; some people are very overworked and management seems to like it that way or at least is oblivious. As someone noted earlier, management appears to play favorites. Competent people come and go without warning; Also, mortgage bank clients can be a hastle with endless bureaucratic processes.

I have been working at The Wolf Firm

    Pros

Snacks and drink provided. Easy camaraderie with other employees. Can get experience in the legal field. Hours are not bad.

    Cons

Lots of gossip. Management plays favorites and it is not fun to work if you are not one of the favorites. Manager watches everything that you do. Staff does everything. Lots of people are related or friends with the owners.
