- Career potential. Stepping stone for anyone with good customer service skills looking to move into a more corporate environment - Good perks! Employee discounts on entertainment, travel, internet, phone, and cable - Growing rapidly. TMG has an excellent client base in the technology, pharmaceutical, entertainment, insurance, and banking industries
Cons
- Communication. Some communication from Operations and HR is inconsistent - Client vs. Employee. Heavy focus on client satisfaction, rather than employee satisfaction - Wages. Pay is competitive to industry standards, but not great.
