They are mostly based in the U.S. They got the contract in Montreal in a global deal, we only saw a boss twice in 7 years
Cons
no communication at all, they didn't care about us at all. I would say $0.18 raise in 7 years. It's been a month since they lost the printshop part of the contract, they didn't contact me to tell me, it was the building manager that told me that i will be losing my job. It's been 1 month since I've ended, no news, no papers for unemployment at all

Easy work. Flexible. Reasonable when need PTO.
Cons
No raise potential over the years. Blames it on client company. Seems afraid to approach client company for discussing raises PTO should be more than 40 hours within 1 year period. Absurd. SL is only 24 hours for 1 year. Who does this ?

If you are a transfer from the previous employer losing the contract they will state that they will transfer all PTO accrual and then say they never agreed to once onboarded They don't take complaints about management seriously When informed about hostile work environment created by supervisor they do nothing They do not follow through with promised raises

Very poor communication with supervisors, never on the same page with anyone, felt very belittled and torn apart, did not feel supported whatsoever, very hard to contact supervisor, outdated app and clock in/payroll system, shorted checks and had to wait til next pay period for money
