I have been working at The LEGO Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great company culture, positive/fun work environment, significant discount on product, exclusive christmas gift from LEGO, opportunities to take lead on different areas within the store, for the most part a great team to work with

    Cons

convoluted management structure, micro-management by area/regional manager, favoritism/nepotism serious issue with advancing within store/area/region. No benefits for part-time. Policy on rude/abusive customers is lax. Store Mgmt seems to care more about sales figures than protecting part-time staff.

I have been working at The LEGO Group full-time

    Pros

The customers that come in are amazing. The company tries to care about everyone working there. Free Lego

    Cons

Things get lost in the shuffle and you don't feel heard. Management abuse gets ignored. If you have ideas or solutions they get overlooked. Offers no help or growth. Tears you down, looks for failures and discourages perseverance.

I worked at The LEGO Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Get to build lego sets, once in awhile and also free tickets to attraction.

    Cons

Rarely any promotion, or any form of acknowledgement of good work done. Management stays in office and rarely interacts with employees.

I worked at The LEGO Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Absolutely amazing staff in all the positions within the store. Customers were so much fun and quirky. Kids were amazing and if you want to learn to deal with them, there is no better place. Family like coworkers. Fantastic gifts and treatment from higher ups and company owner.

    Cons

Not really any cons to be honest, closest thing would be you get some customers who take special gifts as the norm and expect free stuff a lot & some mean ones but that is about it.
