Pros
Managment really care about you and tried to do what best for you if possible. Great food discount,and coworker. Most people who work work there like to have fun and hard- workerl highly recommended.
Cons
Honestly, couldn't think of anything. Best serving job you can have. Super flexible. Maybe, unstable hours but sometimes restaurant is pretty seasonal which make sense.

- really good family environment with staff - options to stay longer/shorter with swapping cut times - tips great (also depending on section and who gets sat with you) - management always present and willing to help if asked
Cons
- on slow nights if sat only 3 tables and all couples - tips aren't great - 3 tables sections (to give better service, but also ties with the first con)

Pros
Coworkers are a lot of fun. Some locations are nicer than others. Money is good. Many annual staff events throughout the year and they're always a lot of fun!
Cons
Management can be hit or miss depending on location you work at. Almost all of them are great people, but as managers they're unhelpful. Also it's hard to get benefits here as a FOH.

Tips, friendly work environment most of the time. Management is great.
Cons
After learning that most servers take home $100+ per night in tips it would be nice if the kitchen could get a bit more of a percentage of that.

Pros
The staff are friendly although it can be cliquey at times. The location is almost always busy so you are guaranteed tables.
Cons
Management is always being switched and transferred around so there is rarely a consistent set of managers. That means the small things are constantly changing to adhere to each manager's liking.
