      Recruiting Manager

Thank you for your honest feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the people you worked with at the company. We haven't had any significant management changes in recent time or added outside management and are coming off of a great 2018 but we value feedback and evaluate every exit interview to see how we can make changes moving forward.

      Pros

Good people. Normal amount of office politics. Overall they take very good care of staff. Very large business with a small amount of staff = very good pay for some positions.

      Cons

Some office politics. Internal IT can get a little boring. Previous managers could be a bit of micro managers. Much better these days though. You might find it tough to move up if you didn't go to the right college. Bowling Green seems to be a favorite. Ups and downs of the market can have a big impact on bonuses.
