Very structured and established company. Overall great place to work.

Had a fair amount of travel. Which did not suit my life.

Worry less about the stock price and keep the eye on customer support.

Management styles vary widely. Few resources and money during slow season. Slow season is super slow.

A lot of development opportunities, and foundation of 5s and lean manufacturing education.

Cuts to workforce are frequent, work schedule can change at any point, go from 40hrs to 55hrs per week

Cons
Modernization of systems and processes are generally resisted or laughed at. The phrase "We've done it this way for years." Is prevalent here.
