    It can be a relaxing atmosphere depends on who you work with. And what is expected? Traning is very simple

    Management is very poor. Cares more about scores than the employees.

    The training is fun. Co-workers are very helpful. Helpful management.

    Cons

    Typical Call Center environment. Everything is monitored like you are in a prison. They don't even do a proper interview! They just intake staff like a flock of sheep.

    Employees that work there should be given parking passes. It’s not fair that we have to use our hard earned money to pay for parking which can become costly.
