Cons
Low pay, no promotion, rude and clueless management that kisses up to its rude, arrogant and ignorant clients, never appreciating the work done for them by the interpreters - lowly paid, verbally abused on an hourly basis, never truly appreciated.

Somewhat flexible schedule because its a 24 hour call center, good benefits (PTO, Sick, Insurance)
Cons
0 respect for all employees, low paying to interpreters and agents, flip flopping policies, no structure, constantly shifting management, owners clearly out of touch with reality, no advancement, and even more.
