      Very Complicated and Messy Management - Terrible

      Pros

      - Work Life Balance (If you can finish your job on time) - Pay is not too low - There will be 13 month bonus - Many benefits if you befriend the correct "Manager"

      Cons

      - Too many politics - High biasness - The management hired family members so its really bias - The politics will result in termination in an indirect way. It is super unhealthy for the company to have such culture.

      Good product by Mathworks Good exposure to many industries

      Cons

      CEO portray himself as entrepreneur not leader. Super high turn over rate. Application engineers are less than a year and Account Managers less than 2years Micromanaging. HR no capability to address new policy but forces you to sign the agreement. Failure to understand employees needs and problems. No increment / promotion / career advancement During my time there, noticed that some colleague are placed back to probation or even fired for failing to meet unreasonable targets/expectation of the company.

      Pros

      It's a rewarding experience to be in touch with cutting-edge technology like MATLAB/Simulink and at the same time be in touch with the people believing in it. When I conducted technical seminars and workshops, I always find myself not only teaching but learning from the best people of the industry.

      Cons

      Being a self-starter and a positive thinker are just among the great things one has to have in order to compliment the management. It always wants to think of itself as a small company and yet wanted to dream bigger.
