      Pros

      Company has really grown, now 23 years old. Great sales and engineering support team with lots of experienced people in IT partner sales and solutions they install and support, primarily HPE equipment. Good medical benefits they pay 1/2 cost of family and matching 401k. Good homegrown NW business.

      Cons

      Only sell HPE vs other mfg solutions.

      Pros

      There is opportunity to network with manufacturer partners within the Hardware/Software industry.

      Cons

      - No opportunity for growth - Cheap when it comes to employee pay, vacation time, etc. - Commission plan doesn't make sense - basically produce 3 times your salary in net profit for the company and then they'll start paying you .25 cents for ever dollar after that. - Confusing management structure - Not a stable working environment
