    I worked at TD full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    TD Canada Trust, no matter which division (I've dealt with) has always been fair to its employees. I note that they have always gone "above & beyond" for staff who might need a little help either physically, mentally or in terms of career-development. They may not be the highest paying bank on the street, but the other benefits are worth considering.

    Cons

    I started working at TD when it was the smallest of the Big Five; continued for nearly 20 years after "the merger". The flexibility and responsiveness to either the market or employee suggestions/ rumblings is a lot less in a large, bureaucratic outfit.

    reasonable work life balance, overall supportive for new technology and innovative mindset.

    Cons

    some times the efficiency of communication could be low among multiple departments of the large institution.
