Pros
Easy to move up in shorter period of time and company partners work closely together hence why it's also easy to move up in the company.
Cons
Pay is not as good as competing financial institutions and goals are the highest compared to the others as well. You're definitely over worked to the bone gristle. Easy to move up though and good company otherwise.

Pros
Benefits, vacation and ownership program good. Depends on your manager - I’ve worked in 3 divisions and departments and it really comes down to your manager if they’re good at managing people. The pay is awful too compared to other banks but you can try to negotiate bonuses and ratings.
Cons
High targets, favouritism, stressful, demanding
