Approves of CEOI have been working at TD full-time for more than 8 years
Pros
TD is a huge company, and there are some great benefits to working here. As for the employee culture - that heavily depends on what department you're in and your people manager. I've had great experiences and horrible ones too.
Cons
There are bureaucratic processes throughout the bank - but I think that's common in the industry. Gotta get through all the layers of approval to get things done.

Great environment, encourages development and works together with me to achieve my goals. We work in a flexible environment which also means I can work from anywhere.
Cons
It is a large company which can mean it takes time to move up. The bank does a great job of promoting internally, but it takes time.
