      Pros

      System Sensor is a good company with great people. Very good work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Honeywell has slowly eroded the business and as a result employees are at a near skeleton crew size.

      Your resume will list Honeywell which is good for job prospects

      Cons

      The people there will smile as your talking to them, and then stab you in the back as soon as you turn away. Engineering management and product management are self-serving and loyal to the almighty dollar. This site at one time had over 600 people before they moved manufacturing to Mexico. Now, there's like 50 people left.

      People are nice and the products save lives. Certifications in Six Sigma from it's parent company Honeywell carry a lot of clout.

      Cons

      Low pay and dated mentality towards innovation.
