    Exciting changes with new product, lots of growth and potential Great evolving and very collaborate culture Ability to move across departments, learn what you are passionate about and wear many hats Hard working environment is very motivational Unlimited PTO!! & Dog Friendly :)

    Start-up growing pains, processes constantly changing, decisions that are made can change in a day but that is totally normal in a start-up.

    Pros

    Collaborative, casual environment, supportive and team oriented. Rotating perks make the day to day fun. Good balance of work hard, play hard. Opportunity for employees at all levels to make real contributions to the business.

    Cons

    Crowdtap is undergoing growing pains. Any transitional period is tough, and while the culture has suffered in minor ways, this should be expected in startup environments.

    Pros

    Nurturing organizational structure. Dog friendly offices, outstanding company culture. Mentor programs, deep involvement in personal growth as well as the growth of the company as a whole. Everyone truly cares about our product and wholeheartedly gives their best to help each other and the company succeed.

    Cons

    There's no con's I can really think of. There are some growing pains, but what company doesn't see that when expanding at such a rapid pace?
