        The clients are amazing, meals are cheap and the view is beautiful

        Super clique-y, staff concerns are ignored, not towing the toxic line gets you "marked" as trouble, supervisors STRAIGHT UP IGNORE EVERY email you send, management is RUTHLESS in changing things, positions eliminated and staff finding out in unrelated meetings rather than face to face, SO much internalized misogyny, ridiculous attire expectations, asking staff to work outside in 40 degree weather, different rules for favourite employees, and promises made and broken.

        Thank you for your feedback on your time with us. I can see a considerable amount of hurt and anger in your message and I'm sorry for any involvement we've had in that. Many of the things you have mentioned have been concerns also brought up by existing staff and are being worked through in various ways. The quality of life and work for our staff and their families is important to us as a B Corp and accreditated organization, and these feedback themes will most certainly be reviewed at our next quarterly improvement meeting next month. Based on some of the details you provided in your review, I have a sense of who you are in our small community. If you need anything currently, please know we're here to help no matter what led to your exit. It's important to us to support our community members as well, not just our staff.
