    Good pay, good benefits, more job stability than other oilfield companies, decent transparency

    Cons

    Just a number, poor diversity (in leadership especially), poor mental health, not a sustainable lifestyle, difficult to advance career and gain experience, does not support females in the work environment (white boys club)

    Good pay, nice camp, newer equipment

    Cons

    Poor communication, poor employee management, benefits program is weak (had to pay consistently for basic services!), travel to and from site is on your personal time, also quesntionable expectations with having employees travel to and from site before and after shifts (staying away for 18-20 hours and driving home)

    Good company, good pay for co-op students.

    Nothing to do at times, which makes you go crazy just sitting there and browsing the internet for 8hours a day.

    Great focus on being a responsible citizen in our community, good pay, increased focus on employee wellness and workplace effectiveness

    Cons

    Large company means there can be high levels of bureaucracy, and career advancement can be challenging unless you know the right people. Lots of “manage up” leaders who aren’t held accountable for people engagement. Top heavy organization.
