    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at SunTrust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The only real perk about the company is the benefits.

    Cons

Management does not care about you as an employee. You get promoted by kissing management’s rear end. Your coworkers are always in your business. People in the company are fake, don’t trust anyone. Your management will throw you under the bus to save their own.

I have been working at SunTrust full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good Leave Benefits, good hours

    Cons

The lead system needs tweaking. All platform employees are constantly being given repetitive clients on them. This leads to clients receiving calls almost weekly and from multiple employees.
