I have been working at SunTrust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Very clean company that's purpose-driven to light the way to financial confidence for our clients. Great healthcare and 401k options, training, and team-bonding events. Big on community.

    Cons

Teller scripting. Staffing issues. Proven, but outdated technology. Sometimes the referral targets are unrealistic. Too much visitation from upper management/corporate, creating a tense branch environment. Teller salary is a joke. Lots of responsibilities, amongst a few teammates.

I have been working at SunTrust full-time for more than a year

    Pros

SunTrust overall is a great company. They really care about the clients as well as the team members when it comes the core values. They do offer benefits for part-time employees. They also will do an education reimbursement which is an amazing opportunity.

    Cons

The insurance isn't great, even if there are more options than when I first started. The sales goals are unrealistic with the banking industry on the decline. The pay is ok, but there is very slim chances for a raise. They don't have any sort of childcare program.
