Pros

Employees can pretty much get away with anything. They are owned by GAIG, so there are good benefits. It is a small office, it is a close knit office, but on the other hand, this can be a con. Lots of free meals due to company lunches, vendors, and they celebrate everyone's birthday.

Cons

The environment is similar to the environment of a high school classroom. Everyone is in everyone's business. There is hardly any room for growth or advancement/no clear path towards advancement. The company is not concerned about morale, so there is a great deal of every type of harassment that you can think of. They pay below the regional average, and the company knows it and has made it clear to their employees. Backstabbing is the norm.

Pros

Great Co-Workers, good schedule, nice office

Cons

Knowledge and work ethic does not determine the trajectory of your career. It solely lies in a college degree. You can have a degree in anything (literally anything…it can be in Theater and they will promote you over a veteran employee that is considered one of their top performers.
