    Feel Valued by the company with Lots Employee benefits and perks
    Worthwhile cause, doing good.
    Its a nice environment to work in with great people and you feel like you are doing some thing worthwhile that benefits people that need help the most.
    The management really value the staff and the company look after you.

    Lack of office planning and not involving experienced carers

    Advice to Management

    Get input from experienced carers.
    Give staff rotas futher in advance.
    Restrict calls to staff when off duty

    - lots of resources to aid in development
    - Very approachable Senior Management Team
    - Good communication throughout the company departments
    - Fun atmosphere!
    - Really great cause to be a part of

    - More staff in the development team to reach all the areas staff work in
