I have been working at Stradigi AI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I joined the team at Stradigi Ai 6 months ago and have been loving my experience. This is a group of amazing people who are taking Ai to the next level. Its a collaborative environment that is fast-paced and rewarding. The mission and vision set out by the executive team inspires people to be their best with a focus on constant learning and development. If you want to be part of building something great that will change the world, this is the right place for you. I previously worked for 5 years a top employer accross Canada. I am confident that Stradigi Ai is on the way to becoming a top employer with an excellent management team and winning culture

    Cons

None to note, this is a great company with a very promising future

I worked at Stradigi AI full-time

    Pros

Office is located in the centre of the city.

    Cons

No loyalty towards their employees. Dishonest management and disrespectful behaviour towards employees. No support from managers. Using buzzwords to trap the clients and new employees. Not sure even if management has any strategy.

I have been working at Stradigi AI full-time

    Pros

I’ve been working at Stradigi AI for almost a year now and the company has evolved considerably. In light of that, it takes individuals who commit themselves to being versatile in their day to day tasks and that work well in teams in order to focus on one common goal as a company unit. This creates continuous opportunities for its employees to develop their skills in a wider range, keeping them engaged and challenged in their work, and maintain a sense of accomplishment when quality work has been delivered. The talent and culture here at Stradigi AI is incomparable! People are extremely friendly and have open collaborative conversations across departments. This mingling is in fact highly encouraged. I’ve had the pleasure to work with several of these smart individuals and it has made me proud to be a part of a great team. Together we enjoy the company wide celebrations of accomplishments and milestones, frequent 5-7s, team building events out of the office, weekly breakfasts and even surprise snacks.

    Cons

If you are an individual who appreciates change and likes a challenge in the workplace then you will likely thrive here at Stardigi AI. If you are an individual who prefers to work routinely and more independently than perhaps you may not.

    Cons

-Top leadership do not have necessary experience to manage a fast growing company -Lack of support when it is needed the most -Too much fluff and not enough honest discussions on where the company is at and what is truly needed to be successful -Oversold on where the company was at when being interviewed

I have been working at Stradigi AI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I dont see any pros beside free bagels for breakfast every friday...

    Cons

Management is inexperienced, no loyalty towards their employees, gossiping from higher management to divide and conquer. Ive never seen neither experienced a company culture as bad as this one. Im happy to no longer work there, this place is toxic.

I have been working at Stradigi AI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - If you have dreams of starting your own company, there is no better place than Stradigi AI to learn how NOT to run a business. - If you want lessons in bad leadership, please come join Stradigi AI to experience it first hand. - If you are a fan of drama, there is more here in one day than 8 seasons of Game of Thrones. Come live it.

    Cons

    - The cofounders have made hideous mistakes by hiring/promoting wrong people. The former c level exec hired by the CEO created some terrible policies, and burnt through cash faster than a gambling addict in a casino. Mismanagement of AI developers and data scientists caused some bright employees to leave. All of this set the company back dearly. - The CEO likes to spout a lot of fluff and bluster, half of which is not genuine. Fake promises of pay raises, more stock options to make people stay. - Lack of technical knowledge from mid level execs leading highly technical teams costing the company dearly. - Initial lack of clear vision and understanding of the AI market led to a complete pivot of the product in September last year. Research - Mediocre/ below average work at best. Not their fault, most of the blame goes to the Chief Innovation Officer owing to his lackadaisical attitude, lack of proper critique, poor guidance, and ill-defined goals. - Some good researchers are being reluctantly forced to work on the product. - The Chief Scientific Officer is actually a knight in shining armor. The show-runner. Without her, the company sinks tomorrow. Unfortunately she is surrounded by too many yes men who fail to challenge her at a technical level which has led to some horrendous decision-making.

I worked at Stradigi AI full-time

    Pros

At first, this seems like the ideal company to work for. Exciting office in the centre of the city, cool young colleagues and working in the fastest growing tech industry.

    Cons

Once the veneer fades, you realize that this place is an elaborate David Copperfield illusion. Everything that was promised to you is now gone. Those great stock options you were promised, are as valuable as a double bubble at Dollarama. The great pay and raises never come to fruition. That great work environment is now constant psychological warfare. In the interview process, they tell you how advanced their platform is, when it is not even functional. There are things that are guaranteed at Stradigi: -Nepotism. If you are a family member, you can do no work and get paid ridiculous salaries while acting like the detectives of the company. If you work here, watch your backs. -Micromanagement: There are talks from executives that this is an open, inclusive and constructive company. It is far from it. The execs rule with an Iron Fist. You disagree with them, you get blacklisted and deemed a leper. There is no transparency whatsoever at this company and the investors have been sold a bill of goods that will sink the company one day. Do yourself a favour and do not accept a job here.

I worked at Stradigi AI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Had (past tense intended) great employees since anyone who knows their true value ends up leaving. Good location. Decent benefits (although high employee cost).

    Cons

Will try to keep this concise but so difficult with all that is wrong with this company. Biggest downfall is micromanagement from upper management. No formal processes or objectives in place to allow anyone from achieving their max potential. Instead, they have an HR team with sets of rules (policies but feel like rules) for a company of 20,000+ employees. Complete asymmetry of accountability: employees always left to fend for themselves with all accountability with no clear direction from upper management. Tons of drama!!!! Feels like a kindergarten at times. Full of empty promises (fake bonus program, fake weekly meals, ...). Focused on imaged: as soon as one scratches the surface, you quickly see there is nothing there despite the great talent they hire. Beware HR, specifically the ones that manage employees...Have no empathy, don’t have a clue of what their role is, just puppets for the rest of management team and could care less of your wellbeing (just looking to run you over as soon as they get the opportunity).

I worked at Stradigi AI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

It used to be an ok place to apply and learn about the latest technology.

    Cons

The company got completely destroyed by incompetent and very insecure management. Not only a large part of the C level execs have no understanding of the technology they are trying to bring to the market but also mid-level management is very unqualified for the job. This resulted in the fact that a lot of very smart people where lead into the abyss of chaos and political games accompanied by distrust and frustration. Without a complete change of management, there is no hope for this company. Also they fired most of their talented technical staff, while keeping the CEO's family members in made up, high level positions. Also management lies to employees on a regular basis and does even go so far as to take away nearly all employees stock option while telling them that it is in their favour.

I have been working at Stradigi AI full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - Cool AI industry experience with good value proposition (In theory) - Company is filled with talented people

    Cons

There are too many cons to list individually but all the cons of working here begin and end at the top, with the CEO. The CEO and other co-founders are quite possibly the worst executives I have ever seen in my professional experience. They are completely inept, and are single handedly steering the company into the abyss. Their lack of vision, stunning lack of business acumen and disregard for actually learning about the market they operate in is a masterclass in how not to run a business.
