    I have been working at State of Kansas full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    I hear that the benefits are great although I have yet to have experienced them. There is always an opportunity to earn extra cash through overtime

    Cons

    No organization, Lack of camaraderie, a lot of no calls no shows, However they are working to correct all of this. It will take time

    Do something about diversity and race relations and keep your word.
