A lot of leeways and doing your own thing at work as you sell through using your best abilities. If you are a talker than you talk a lot, if you're good at being cold and informative and giving out the info needed, no one will say a word. All the personalities are welcomed and accepted and truly feels as a family.
Cons
This all stops once you reach some level of management and authority. Once you get promoted you're barely given training, barely any time to adjust, and expected to hold the same work/life balance with barely even a pay raise.
