    +salary is competitive +great benefits +amazing talent on the training team +travel to new places (50% travel)

    Cons

    -can be VERY fast-paced -work/life balance is usually OK, but there are some weeks that you'll put in way more than 40 hours a week

    Highly collaborative environment Great team Great benefits (Health, Eye, Dental) Donation matching for causes

    Cons

    Politics were messy between departments Oversight and control from departments where they weren't qualified Lack of true autonomy and ideation Huge asks with not a lot of effort from the teams that made requests. (There wasn't a lot of give-and-take)
