    Pros

Salaries pay is not a lot but satisfied. There are annual STI(Bonus) and salary increased based on performance. It is not much. It has good medical plan. there is cell phone expense dispensation. I am international employee so it might not exactly the same as US employee. I think it is better than I have.

Work balance with life is good. It also depends on how you manage the project and deadline. We have couple crazy weekends but most of time we don't have too much overload.

    Cons

It is hard to upgrade my knowledge. It is large company so it takes time to move.

I worked at Sprint full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Chill vibes on most days
    Room for growth and advancement
Great environment if you love tech

    Cons

Long hours, especially during the holiday season
    Customers can get really annoying

    Advice to Management

Train your employees on the latest features on tech products. Many workers are not up-to-date with tech/cellular information and potentially lose sales without knowing simple facts
