Pros
Some good travel benefits, we gain seniority quickly, good medical, dental and life insurance. Good for people that want more of a simple schedule or needs to be home more. Good starter company for a flight attendant position. Great work life balance. You are able to have a great quality of life and not be on reserve for that long.
Cons
Lots of inconsistency in management. They are hiring Flight attendants at a rapid pace, but not expanding their operations. The company is having meltdowns every 6 months.
