What people are saying about Spirit Airlines

Out here in the job search world and sent some application in thru typically job boards. I got a email from someone as a recruiter for spirit airlines as sending e-mail about screener questions going thru email. They send pdf Google/ doc attachment and I respond to the questions. Is this something normal for recruiters. There was no branding from the recruiter email but the pdf showed a older logo for spirit airlines. @spiritairlines

Is there such thing as a "compensation index" for publicly traded companies? I mean like, random example would be "Shell overall has better salaries than spirit airlines." As I decide to make a move, I'm trying to gauge longer term salary potential of different companies in different industries.

Some good travel benefits, we gain seniority quickly, good medical, dental and life insurance. Good for people that want more of a simple schedule or needs to be home more. Good starter company for a flight attendant position. Great work life balance. You are able to have a great quality of life and not be on reserve for that long.
Lots of inconsistency in management. They are hiring Flight attendants at a rapid pace, but not expanding their operations. The company is having meltdowns every 6 months.2
