Pros
The flight benefits...you can fly them or better airlines that don't cancel nearly half as much and are more comfortable.
Cons
Spirit employees are dedicated to a company that shows no dedication to its employees. They have a revolving door. Most people use Spirit as a entry into the aviation industry and quickly move on to companies that treat their employees better. They place ill-equipped workers in lead and supervisory/managerial roles. The pay scale is somewhat low. Its not what you know, its who you know. Spirit is a self sabotaging company which is why you get strikes almost every year which causes massive cancellations and even more disappointed passengers.

Pros
Flight benefits if you can get on a flight that is not full
Cons
Getting written up for everything so that your supervisors look good to upper management

Pros
Flight benefits and health benefits.
Cons
They continue to pay the lowest wages in the industry. Morale is at an all time low. Long days and you are only paid when the boarding door closes and the aircraft pushes back. 10 hour days where you will only be paid for 5-6

Pros
Flight benefits and not much else
Cons
In my opinion the uniforms are made horribly. Management does not care about flight attendants as much as they say. They never fix issues that should have been fixed years before ( software, scheduling and lack of employees both FA, Pilots and CS) Long a hours and horrible trip credits. Low pay. Low morale. High turn over rate

Pros
The flight benefits would have been nice had I gotten the chance to use them.
Cons
I was recently furloughed by Spirit Airlines and given barely a week to make a decision about reapplying to a new company for my current position and fewer benefits. This company has made a decision which affects hundreds of people purely for their own profit while many long time employees are being forced out of work or having to agree to a giant pay cut.
