Free flights on most airlines for you and your immediate family, schedule freedom once you build seniority with which how fast spirit is growing you will achieve much quicker than at other airlines. You get to explore all over the country and sometimes in a few places outside of it.
Cons
It gets a little boring uo in the sky after youve done 10 trash runs and service. You can get crazy passengers we had some of the wildest in my opinion and your stuck with them at 30000 ft. If youre not careful youll gain weight eating out all the time and youre away from home a lot.
