    I have been working at Sparta Systems full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Good people - good product - nice customers. Employees are recognised for their efforts and pay/benefits are very good. Members of the Management Team are approachable and well respected.

    Cons

    The UK/US time difference can sometimes be frustrating!

    Advice to Management

    Keep communicating with employees to help everyone understand where the company is heading.

    I have been working at Sparta Systems full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Sparta is a great place to work if you're a motivated, independent person that likes to be part of the company's success. Depending on the department some work is in-house, remote or at a client site, but regardless you always feel part of the team and that your contribution makes a difference.

    Cons

    With global and remote employees you don't often get the face to face interaction more than a few times a year, but all hands meetings do bring the teams together for team bonding

    If you are ambitious, dynamic and driven to succeed, then this company certainly helps you get there! Great leadership team! Supportive and collaborative work ethics and ethos, especially with career progression within the company.

    Keep doing what you are doing ! The Management Team are extremely supportive. They listen, apply and direct positive actions, not only for employees but also for our customers.

    Pros

    Colleagues, regionally and globally. Great team ethos with extremely collaborative ethics. If you're hard working, a team player and enthusiastic, then this is the place for you. You reap what you sow and then some. The company does not fail it's employees. Especially if you can adapt, learn, constructively seek to progress, want to prove your self and believe in Sparta's values. There are plenty of... opportunities to grow and succeed, both personally and taking the company forward.

    Advice to Management

    One thing I can say is that Management are extremely supportive through out your career at Sparta. Their encouragement is towards helping you grow and fulfill your ambitions. Like any company, there maybe small areas that could be built on but as a Team this is what gets done best.

    Great Sr. Management, Market leading technology, strong equity investment, clear strategy and vision.

    Cons

    Challenging to move an established tech company into the cloud. Not that it isn't happening, but it requires a lot of extra effort.

    Pros

    Great culture, everyone is engaged. CEO has created a clear vision for everyone to move towards. Colleagues and management are enjoyable to work with.

    Cons

    Working with legacy and cloud products can be confusing with how to support them and present options to customers

    Advice to Management

    Continue being clear to employees on strategy as market conditions change. Rework and changing processes can damage employee morale.

    I have been working at Sparta Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great people working together to solve tough problems for important customers. Sparta is actively investing in people and technology to provide game-changing products and services! Brand new headquarters building.

    Cons

    The benefits are good but no equity awards for the employees. Some of the leaders work from out of town.

    I have been working at Sparta Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Great opportunity to sharpen skills and work with great people. Have enjoyed working for the company and located in Hamilton NJ.

    Cons

    Can become monotonous at times working with clients on the same issues day in and day out. I know we are all busy during the day but tier 2 needs to work on how they speak to managed employees.

    Advice to Management

    Management for the most part is great with the exception of Tier 2 at times. I would advise that they speak to team members as they would like to be talked to.
