Pros
Great Pay Awesome 401k plan When its a slow travel season you can go home early depending on operational need. Travel Benefits are amazing. The ability to shift trade helps a lot with living a descent life. Most employees live by the Co heart love
Cons
During the holidays and summer you will have to work A LOT of overtime for the operation. Say goodbye to your personal time. There is none. Its called MOT Mandatory Overtime and if you refuse you get a point and an occurrence. The airline industry is point and occurrence driven so expect it or don't apply.

Pros
Great company culture. They treat employees very well. Great benefits all around especially health insurance, profitsharing and 401k. Best company I've worked for.
Cons
Lots of mandatory overtime which is good if you wanna make $$ but harsh on families. Gets better as you gain seniority!

Pros
Opportunity to grow, very friendly coworkers, executives who take the time to meet with and advise employees seeking to transition from the front line to headquarters, etc..
Cons
Mandatory overtime where you are forced to work regardless of what you have planned before/after your shift or on your day off (paid at double-time rate which almost makes this desirable).

Very friendly environment shift could be traded with anyone who is willing to flexible schedules
Cons
Long hours mandatory overtime could be hectic but it’s double pay

Pros
The flight benefits are fantastic as long as you have the patience to deal with some of headaches involved. The Union has your back as long as you have a good rep there for you. Starting pay has gotten better since I started.
Cons
You have to give up much of your life for the job with little to no compensation other than overtime pay. What would be considered as a 'rewards program' has been stunted to become an electronic way to say, 'Thank you' with any kind of bonus or reward handed out by the company directly. Multiple rules and regulations to stunt your advancement or movement within the company leaving you with few options to do so. Union contract negotiations. Mandatory overtime and extensions. The culture is tough as much of the attitude I've come across has been, 'Someone else will take care of it'. This makes working very tough as this attitude at other locations WILL affect you at any given time. Work load doesn't seem fair at times with some giving more work than others. Union contract gives us the benefit of seniority but with so many rules surrounding that benefit, it can get muddled and difficult to understand at times leaving us feeling as though seniority isn't being followed when it comes to being handed any kind of mandatory overtime.

Pros
Great company , amazing benefits. Great work environment flex I able to where you can work and what you wanna do for the company.
Cons
My position working outside is the hardest and the physical toll it takes on the body. Working long hours and overtime can burn ya out if you don’t work appropriate hours.

Pros
Decent pay, good benefits, good overtime
Cons
Horrible amounts of mandatory overtime(must show up) in all near three of my years there have maybe around 10-20 weeks had a two day weekend in my time here. Only way to get off is to burn vacation or pay someone to pick your shift up. (Or refuse or call out sick, in which will cause the management to try to scare you with write ups)
