Competitive salary and commission structure when on time

Cons

The company experienced a surge in sales in 2020 and with that transformations began happening. Irresponsible spending which cost the company recent layoffs globally. Along with increased stress and hostility within and between departments. Most recently insurance providers have shifted. It has been a hassle for myself and direct reports. Company is trying to cover its tracks for poor spending habits, but is in a rapid decline. I strongly suggest you do your research before joining.

Really good benefits, and friendly personal.

Cons

It was a Great Company to work with, with the Original CEO, after the new Owner acquisition it has been chaotic, no more Bonuses or Appreciation to the Employees, a lot of Layoff to Hired managers giving their faith to employees that havent even sweat a single drop to the company, leaving the actual employees who put their efford for Years on the dark, lossing good talent and employees on daily bases.

Very misguided management who made a terribly bad investment. Don’t buy company If you don’t do the research. Lack of decent pay. I have personally seen them fire more than 80 people and then hire Executives. They can care less about you…. even if you work there for years and have donated all your effort and time. I wouldn’t recommend that company to my worst enemy.
