    The low commission rate and the lack of support from higher ups helping me deal with an ineffective manager.

    You get to work with luxury designer products
    You also get half off of safilo products

    Cons

    Low pay
    Unreasonable expectations of employees
    Upper management can be dramatic
    Stores constantly receive unsaleable products and blame employees for retail dying.
