      ABSOLUTELY NONE. YOUR CAREER WILL STAGNATE IF YOU HAVE THIS ORGANIZATION ON YOUR RESUME. As a brand, Solactive will NEVER achieve the same recognition needed for it to help your career. Think about it. Did you know about this organization at all beforehand or were applying for jobs and stumbled across this name for the first time in your life? Nobody in the financial world is familiar with Solactive. This is a fact.

      FINANCE BRO CULTURE. Less than 5% female employees. Middle Management will drive the company out of business in the next two years as well as the fact that the stock market's performance will also contribute to their demise. Products not beneficial to clients.

      Pros

      I worked at Solactive full-time for over a year, It is undoubtedly one of the best companies to work for. Solactive has a healthy work culture and ensures a good balance of employee and client satisfaction. I personally experienced that the learning curve grows exponentially due to exposure to clients, effective coaching and being mentored by the best people in the industry. Solactive gives you the opportunity to take on large amounts of responsibility very early in your career and the management is very supportive towards its employees goals and achievements.

      interesting projects, great industry exposure

      Company want's mostly affordable and obedient labour so ended up hiring a lot of so called experienced employees straight from India with a fake resume. They carry all the negatives you can imagine with them. Diwali is the most celebrated holiday in the firm. As you already know, it will be very difficult to communicate with those people and innovation is pretty much dead in this firm. not seeing an optimistic future where it stand.
