Pros
From the very beginning its been a satisfying journey recruiting IT professionals and managing IT contractors and Consultants across Australia. The last couple of years have been fun developing software for a very advanced recruiting system.
Cons
Small companies are flexible but can be constrained by their limite size sometimes.
