      Nepotism, lack of Inclusion

      Pros

Company is good but management on regional level is manipulative.

      Cons

Managers punish you for performing well. If you are number one in sales and you do lots of efforts to run the store and best customer service and make a good customer base, when store starts working well. Managers will replace you with their relatives. There is lot of nepotism . You will be pushed to work another newly opened store to make it ready for their another relative. If you perform well you get punished here. Regional Managers has given so much power that they abuse the system. Nobody says anything to them.

      Toxic place to work

      Pros

There is nothing positive to say about working here

      Cons

No care for human beings whatsoever - they will work you until your bones and joints have turned into dust. When you make complaints about safety you will literally be laughed at and mocked by supervisors *cough* George Timson *cough*. Do not work here if you value your mental health or physical wellbeing. I would give a zero star rating if at all possible. The only way you could possibly enjoy working here is if you are a psychopath on the corporate grind willing to use humans as fodder to achieve your goals.

      Terrible managers

May 10, 2021 - Sales Associate in Winnipeg, MB

      Pros

Good pay for very little work

      Cons

The worst management I've ever experienced. One great sales manager, another that came in hungover on the regular, and the worst regional with very little command or respect of her team. In the end the money wasn't worth the lack of professionalism from the 2 managers. Also mandatory weekends, meaning you work every Saturday and Sunday from April - Sept. Have a nice summer/work life balance. But alas,it's really important to them though that you have that balance!
