RecommendsNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Skyservice full-time for more than a year
Pros
The environment at SkyService is very positive. The daily workload is something that people who enjoy repetition will appreciate though every aircraft which comes and goes has slightly different needs. Always having a positive attitude is key (just like everywhere) but as with a good track record and eagerness to learn, management allows you quite a bit of freedom to go about your daily routines.
Cons
The environment is very judgmental. Everyone is given the benefit of the doubt when they start but people who are chippy, lazy, or categorically typecast become 'labelled' and are somewhat socially segregated. The repetitive nature of the job can become tiresome, regardless off the cool factor, and those who have talent/attitude are not presented with opportunities to grow and advance.
Pros
great private jet exposure from globals to tiny cessna
Cons
no commercial aircraft exposure, only private jets

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Skyservice full-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Learn to negotiate the bodyguard of lies that surround the awful truth.
Cons
Is YUL TC any better than it was when Nationair had a accident with a DC8. Just grease the right palms and you remain in business.
