I worked at Skechers U.S.A. part-time for more than a year

    Pros

The team was great, the people made the environment a great place to work. There was some opportunity to grow and advance. A great stepping stone to a start in retail management.

    Cons

No benefits for part-time staff, irregular hours (like most retail jobs), hours/pay would be leaner in off-peak seasons, but during peak season there could be a crazy schedule and a lot of stress from corporate.

I have been working at Skechers U.S.A. part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Work around other part time jobs you might have New hires are always lovely and do their best

    Cons

Management is reluctant to train people properly Training is treated like a chore and they really don’t do a thorough job of it, which leaves the new hires unsure at certain moments There’s little to no professionalism Work politics, people who have been there longer really just want to get on top Impatience in management
