    *good employee benefits for full-time staff including pension plan *variety of departments so you get to meet different people who do different things (i.e. researchers, clinical, physicians, PIs, custodians, students, etc) *steady hours *some pay in lieu of benefits for those on contract *3 weeks vacation to start

    *inefficient management of people and projects *contract jobs are unsteady and 4% pay only accounts for 2 weeks vacation time *contractors do not get paid for statutory holidays (MSH considers that a benefit)

    Pay is not up to par and they don't increase pay much even when positions change. They are more likely to pay more to a new hire
