Good work/life balance. Toxic relationship between the unions and the employer

      Pros

Good work/life balance. Some of the benefits are good, like accumulative vacation time the longer you're here.

      Cons

The administration and HR department is very unhelpful, aggressive and even punitive towards staff. They constantly intervene in the relationship between managers and employees. Recently, the sick leave policy has been aggressively altered to discourage employees from staying home when they're legitimately sick, and punish employees who may have health issues, even if their managers are supportive of their staff member. Also, low pay ceiling, and laughable benefits package when covering therapeutic treatments, such as physiotherapy, chiropractic adjustments and massage therapy.
