Good brand name; Great people with diverse experiences
Cons
Poor leadership; Bureaucratic and biased; No professional growth
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great people who care about their work and impacting the community. The people, who will become your life-long friends are the #1 reason to work here.
Cons
Inefficiency of operations and systems. You need to be flexible, have a sense of humor and rely on yourself to learn and grow. There is limited professional development unless you are a go-getter. Individuals are promoted based on good work, which is great, but not their ability to manage or lead teams.
