1. Work life balance : I have to work from morning 10am to 8pm night almost daily. 2. If you are working in LCS department then benefits are very less compare to other departments although you are working for same organization. For example : mendix or m.o.m people would get new latest powerful laptop or internet benefits. But developer at lcs gets old used laptop with no internet benefits (it is beneficial in WFH)

Managers are amateurs that have no method and think pushing and yelling constitute a valid strategy. No work life balance. A lot of meetings and wasted time. There is no professionalism and no clear work process. Not good for starting ones career as you will acquire bad habits.
