Pros
Fully remote work environment (work from anywhere in Ontario!). This job works for me because I cannot afford to buy a home in Toronto/GTA (let's be honest...how many people can??). I now live happily in a beautiful small town and I'm not required to commute to an office in Toronto everyday just to work a job. I got lucky: I have a supportive Team Lead who is kind, generous and a very capable mentor.
Cons
The work itself can be stressful - it is a client facing role, and you will get all sorts of clients, including the difficult ones. Remote work can be lonely if you are not the right type of person for this work.
