      learn everything on my own

      Cons

      need work on AL and weekends weak security control for CMS and CMS always crashed doesnt have QA and QA always failed handle too many projects at the same time always rely on PT for most of the work while they dont have much knowledge very toxic work culture no HR briefing when on board no training at all

      - Some colleagues are normal human beings.

      Cons

      - You need to bring your own computer to work. - Poor resource management, allocating a large-scale project to only two people. - No proper orientation or handover process for new joiners. - Toxic culture, some colleagues being hypocritical and forming tight-knit cliques. - They will fire you if you’re not willing to work overtime on weekends.
