Pros

There are some nice people Is a place to start working, learn something and look for your next step

Cons

Budget's cuts sometimes end up with a lot of people getting fired (one time I saw 10 people getting fired at ones) You need to track your work in several google spreadsheets, time tracker, Jira, TFS and other systems at the same time. Waterfall, Waterfall, Waterfall Pretty depressing for developers with a high level of expertise You won’t learn much since is Web Forms + Full Store procedures with heavy amount of technical debt (Legacy systems with 25+years with Flash based web applications, 10k lines of code per file, x1 x2 x3 variable naming and the list goes on). The people taking decisions are way too far away from technical knowledge Pest-control ERP industry is not a competitive market in terms of software and most of the user are older people, so don't expect innovation 5 days vacations per year first 3 years Payment is below remote software industry average

Pros

Unlimited PTO Great benefits for FTE Great coworkers and teamwork mindset

Cons

Things started off good but are now getting worrisome. There’s so much change going on and very vague answers as of why. Employees find out about acquisitions at the very last minute with very little talking points as of what to say to customers. When there are issues, customer facing teams are put on the front lines to take the heat from customers and upper management doesn’t provide the tools to help. When concerns are brought up about the changes in management etc. we are given very minimal answers and told to think positive and that everything is going to be okay. No one that is not upper management has a sense of security anymore since being acquired by servicetitan. Before the acquisition everyone was happy and working hard for the company, now the moral has plummeted and anxiety is high.

Pros

Coworkers were great to work with....not so good with new management.

Cons

Consistently lie to customers with features that they are not ready, just so they can make the sale.... They know the pain of software transitions , so they know once they are hooked, there is no way back! Management is very conflicting within the family. too many chiefs not enough Indians. Does NOT provide any continuing education program or option to pursue it. They usually decline them. They have employees fill with positive reviews in Glassdoor site
