      very horizontal model, collaborative, great smart people, a fairly good start up to gain experience, very good perks

      processes and organizational chart changes a lot, the turn over of people is a bit high, if you are not in the Antwerp it gets hard to be seen,

      Great Office Space. Great tech stack.

      Cons

      - Us vs them mentality between teams. - No work-life Balance - Low compensation package, few benefits, and no equity grant considering it's a startup. - No real leadership, no proper training on leadership skills, initiative, and people's management - Timid line managers, aggressive CEO, not a good combo... - Scrum master micromanagement
