Chill work environment, cool projects, small teams so you get to know everyone. Management is eager on expanding. Salaries are competitive.
Cons
Growing pains, Work processes and standards are still at work and often changing, 1 on 1 are not frequent (better to go see your supervisor when they're available). Workload is on the heavier side. No bonuses
