They pay on time. They provide a uniform.
Cons
Low wages Long hours No flexible working arrangements for those who need them. Holiday entitlement is not standard. Your holiday year starts from the date you start employment, and staff who have worked there for years just automatically get their holiday put on the schedule as "they always have the same dates every year". You're basically left with the scraps even if they don't match up with what you need. Accidents, even if not your fault, you pay for (literally). £300 per accident comes out of your pay packet. Vans are old and dirty. Some with 700,000+ miles on the clock.
