Great people, free sodas/waters, oil company parties, fun get togethers, training
Cons
little to zero communication, terrible pay, empty promises, upper mgt in Canada unaware of how to process 401K etc, belittling from upper mgt in office, etc, impatient

Pros
Some very good managers that keep workers busy even during the peak of the oil recession. If you are willing to work hard you can get experience in all parts of reclamation and remediation process. Lots of field work if you like that.
Cons
Some people do not do field work so expect to be very busy at times picking up others slack.
